Experis AB is looking for a **3D Graphics Developer** to join a cross-functional development team based in Älmhult. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing graphics-intensive applications, tools, and technical solutions supporting 3D workflows, visualization, and digital content creation. Responsibilities include building software features, participating in technical design discussions, troubleshooting and enhancing existing systems, ensuring code quality through testing and reviews, and exploring emerging technologies such as **AI-driven capabilities** within an agile development framework. Candidates must have professional software development experience in **C++ and Python**, alongside hands-on experience in graphics development, visualization, rendering, or related 3D fields. Effective communication in English is required, both for independent work and cross-functional team collaboration. Additional experience in real-time rendering, shader development, 3D content pipelines, graphics frameworks, performance optimization, large-scale systems, or AI-assisted development is considered an advantage.

About the Role
As a 3D Graphics Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional development team working on graphics-intensive applications and tools. Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using C++ and Python

- Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing solutions
