Addovation Sweden AB is seeking an **AI Director** to lead the strategic direction and operational implementation of artificial intelligence across the organization. Backed by leadership sponsorship, this position bridges business strategy and technology by defining AI roadmaps, architectures, and governance frameworks while identifying opportunities to turn concepts into scalable solutions. Responsibilities include leading the internal AI Council, establishing an AI Ambassador network, fostering an AI-first culture across delivery, sales, and operations, and collaborating with business units to develop external AI-powered offerings around platforms such as IFS, NetSuite, Oracle, and Microsoft technologies. The role also represents the company externally in client dialogues, partnerships, and industry forums. Candidates should have several years of experience in technology, business systems, digital transformation, or consulting, with a proven track record of **driving strategic technology initiatives**. Decisive qualifications include a strong understanding of practical AI applications, experience with cloud platforms or enterprise software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical specialists. Additional advantageous qualifications include familiarity with ERP systems such as IFS or Oracle NetSuite, consulting or customer-facing experience, product development background for AI services, and knowledge of **responsible AI governance** and regulatory standards such as the EU AI Act.

As AI Director, you will lead the direction of AI across Addovation. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, turning ideas into scalable solutions, and ensuring AI becomes a natural part of the way we work and deliver value. This is a strategic role with a strong operational element, where you will collaborate closely with business leaders, consultants, developers and customers across the organization.
You will lead Addovation's AI Council, bringing together stakeholders from across the organization to align priorities, accelerate adoption and ensure business value.
You will have the opportunity to influence both our initial AI adaption and the AI-powered services we bring to the market.
What you'll do
As AI Director, you will:
- Define and drive Addovation’s AI strategy, roadmap and priorities.
- Define the direction for AI platforms, data foundations and AI agent architectures, ensuring solutions can be deployed securely and at scale.
- Drive an AI-first way of working across delivery, sales and operations, helping teams embed AI naturally into daily work while taking advantage of “old school” competencies and capabilities where suitable.
- Work closely with business units to develop AI-powered offerings and services within areas such as IFS, NetSuite, Oracle and Microsoft technologies.
- Lead and coordinate AI initiatives across functions, ensuring business goals and technology capabilities align.
- Drive AI adoption internally by enabling teams with tools, knowledge and best practices.
- Establish governance, security and compliance frameworks for responsible AI usage.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Build and lead a network of AI Ambassadors who support adoption, knowledge sharing and experimentation throughout the organisation.
- Represent Addovation externally in customer dialogues, partnerships, industry forums and market activities.

What experience you'll likely have
You likely have several years of experience working with technology, business systems, digital transformation or consulting. You have experience leading initiatives and bringing together people, processes and technology to achieve business goals.
We also believe you have:
- Experience driving strategic technology initiatives and business transformation.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends and practical applications.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, data-driven solutions or enterprise software environments.
- The ability to bridge business needs and technical possibilities.
- Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
We'd be even happier if you also have
- Experience from ERP environments such as IFS, Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI frameworks and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act.
- Experience building AI-powered products, services or advisory offerings.
- Experience working in consulting or customer-facing environments.
