Axis Communications is seeking an **Application Specialist, Maestro** to join its ERP and PLM Applications team at the headquarters in Lund. In this role, you bridge business needs and technology by developing and supporting Maestro, the company’s core demand and supply planning tool. Day-to-day duties involve leading workshops with business stakeholders, identifying functionality gaps, and **configuring new application features** while standardizing existing ones. You will also define inbound and outbound system integrations, collaborate with infrastructure engineers on performance monitoring, and assist with general system upgrades, application support, and lifecycle management across a global supply chain. Candidates should have substantive experience with business applications for demand, forecasting, or supply chain planning, gained either from an IT background or as an experienced super user. Direct experience with **Maestro or similar planning solutions**—such as SAP or Oracle planning tools, Blue Yonder, Logility, or Anaplan—is required. Applicants must also demonstrate proven experience supporting systems and delivering improvement projects in a global organization, alongside solid knowledge of application integrations and data flows. Strong facilitation skills to guide discussions and align diverse stakeholders are essential.

Your future team
You'll join our ERP and PLM Applications team, which is responsible for several business-critical applications at Axis. We work across the full application lifecycle, from day-to-day support to continuous improvement and upgrades. We also collaborate with colleagues and partners around the world.
What you'll do as an Application Specialist
Maestro supports demand and supply planning at Axis. In this role, you'll develop the application and the processes around it, helping ensure the solution meets the needs of a growing global organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead discussions and workshops to understand business needs, explore options, and agree on the scope of solutions.
- Identify gaps between current functionality and new requirements, and recommend practical solutions.
- Configure and implement new features, while simplifying and standardizing existing functionality.
- Define and support inbound and outbound integrations with Maestro.
- Work with business stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners to develop and deliver improvements.
- Collaborate with our Infrastructure team on monitoring, performance, and ongoing system improvements.
- Contribute to application support, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
Who are you?
You have experience with business applications for demand and supply planning, either from the IT side or as an experienced super user.
You enjoy understanding how people, processes, and technology work together. You're comfortable guiding discussions, asking thoughtful questions, and helping stakeholders reach a shared understanding.
You're curious and open-minded. You consider different perspectives, challenge assumptions constructively, and adapt your view when the evidence points to a better solution. You also enjoy sharing your knowledge and working collaboratively with colleagues and partners.
We'd like to hear that you have
- Experience with demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning applications.
- Experience with Maestro or a similar solution, such as SAP or Oracle planning solutions, Blue Yonder, Logility, or Anaplan.
- Experience supporting applications and delivering improvement projects in a global organization.
- Knowledge of application integrations and data flows.
