Sigma Industry Brastech AB is seeking an **Automotive Software Release Engineer** to work as a software component owner. The day-to-day responsibilities center on creating and following up on requirements towards suppliers, securing the quality of supplier software deliveries, and handling releases through the established toolchain. The role also involves assisting with component testing, analyzing potential improvements, ensuring business and cross-functional anchoring, and actively building relationships across multiple stakeholders. Relevant tools and methods include Vector tools, CAPL, Python, CAN networks (DBC management), UDS (ISO 14229), System Weaver, and verification and validation across hardware-in-the-loop and vehicle environments. Applicants must have prior knowledge of **embedded software development** alongside fluent **English language skills**. Candidates are expected to be result-oriented team players with a customer focus, clear communication abilities, versatility, and an interest in continuous learning.

- Create and follow up requirements towards the supplier.
- Secure quality of SW delivery from supplier and release it using our toolchain.

- Assist in testing of component and analyze improvements.
