Veritaz AB is looking for an experienced **BI Developer** to join an existing Business Intelligence team. The core of the assignment involves supporting a **cloud data platform migration** from an on-premises setup to a modern architecture, while simultaneously maintaining and developing the current BI landscape. Key responsibilities include working with data integration, semantic models, analytics, and reporting solutions, as well as applying modern BI capabilities and AI-assisted development practices to improve delivery efficiency throughout the modernization initiative. Candidates must be experienced BI developers with proven hands-on expertise in **Microsoft Fabric** and migration of BI and data platforms. The role requires demonstrated technical proficiency across the Microsoft BI stack, specifically Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI. Experience using **AI-assisted development methods** is also required.

Role Summary
An experienced BI Developer is needed to strengthen an existing Business Intelligence team ahead of a planned migration from an on-premises environment to a modern cloud-based data platform. The assignment focuses on contributing technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, BI and data platform migration, and AI-assisted development while supporting and evolving existing BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the migration of BI solutions and data platforms from an on-premises environment to a cloud-based platform.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Work with the existing BI landscape, including data integration, semantic models, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Apply Microsoft Fabric capabilities to support the target data platform and modern BI architecture.
- Use AI-assisted development practices to improve development efficiency and solution delivery.
- Collaborate with the established BI team throughout the migration and modernization initiative.
