Beiersdorf Aktiebolag is hiring a **Nordic Brand Manager** for Eucerin on a **12-month fixed-term contract**. The role focuses on driving brand growth and category performance across the Nordic region. Key responsibilities include developing and executing brand and category strategies aligned with global objectives, leading annual brand planning, overseeing innovation pipelines, and executing product launches. The position also entails managing integrated marketing campaigns, digital activations, influencer partnerships, and shopper marketing, alongside owning the category marketing budget and tracking sales, profitability, market share, and brand health in cross-functional collaboration with sales, supply chain, digital, and agency teams. Applicants must hold a **university degree or similar** in marketing, business, or an equivalent discipline. Essential qualifications include relevant experience in consumer marketing and brand management, paired with strong commercial, strategic, analytical, and budget-management skills. Candidates must have fluent English and very good working proficiency in Swedish. Prior experience within the skin-care or pharmacy sectors is considered an advantage.

The Nordic Brand Manager drives brand growth and category performance for Eucerin across the Nordic region. Working closely with local and regional stakeholders, the role develops and executes brand strategy, leads product launches and marketing campaigns, manages budgets and performance, and delivers sustainable business growth.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Your Tasks
- Develop and execute Nordic brand and category strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Lead annual brand planning, innovation pipelines, product launches, and assortment management.
- Adapt and implement integrated marketing campaigns, media plans, and activation strategies across Nordic markets.
- Manage influencer, digital, shopper marketing, and in-store activation activities.
- Own category marketing budgets and monitor sales, market share, brand health, and profitability.
- Turn insights into actions to optimise campaigns, investments, and portfolio performance.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, e-commerce, medical, digital, and agency partners to deliver successful market execution.
Your Profile
- University degree or similar in marketing, business, or an equivalent discipline.
- Relevant consumer marketing and brand-management experience; pharmacy or skin-care experience is an advantage.
- Strong strategic, commercial, analytical, and project-management capabilities, with broad business understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, interpret performance data, and convert insights into action.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across markets, functions, and agencies.
- Structured, creative, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
- Fluent English and very good working proficiency in Swedish.
