Reporting directly to the Nordic Board, this role carries full **budget and P&L responsibility** for an operation generating approximately SEK 100 million in annual revenue. The position blends strategic leadership with operational execution, focusing on project sales, agency representation, tender processes, service operations, and recycling solutions for industrial customers. Core responsibilities include driving profitability, leading and expanding the Nordic team, conducting commercial negotiations and customer meetings across the region, and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers and key accounts. Candidates must have proven experience in B2B sales—preferably within project, technical, or industrial sales—alongside demonstrated experience leading teams, projects, or commercial initiatives, and a track record of budget and P&L management. Strong negotiation skills and **fluency in both Swedish and English** are required. Familiarity with international suppliers, knowledge of the plastics, recycling, or process industries, and proficiency in additional Nordic languages are considered advantageous.

Your Future Workplace

As Business Director – Recycling, you will have full budget and P&L responsibility for a business area generating approximately SEK 100 million in annual revenue. You will lead and support employees across the Nordic region while remaining actively involved in customer engagement, key accounts and business opportunities.
The business area focuses on project sales, agency representation, tender processes, service operations and recycling solutions for industrial customers. With significant autonomy, influence and responsibility, you will play an important role in the continued success of the Nordic organization.
Your New Challenge
In this role, you will have broad responsibility spanning leadership, sales and business performance. You will work both strategically and operationally with considerable freedom and close interaction with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and profitability with full budget and P&L responsibility.
- Develop and execute the business area's strategy and objectives.
- Lead customer meetings, negotiations and commercial activities across the Nordics.
- Strengthen strategic customer accounts and build strong partnerships with suppliers and industry stakeholders.
- Lead, coach and expand the Nordic team.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements, quotations and pricing proposals.
- Drive continuous improvements in processes, systems and ways of working.
- Participate in management team activities and report directly to the Nordic Board.

Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within project sales, technical sales or industrial sales.

- Proven experience with budget and P&L responsibility.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in customer-facing situations.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with international suppliers.
- Knowledge of the plastics, recycling or process industries.
- Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages.
