H & M Hennes & Mauritz GBC AB is seeking a **C&F Systems Specialist** for a permanent position based in Stockholm. Working within the Global Construction & Facilities team, the role acts as the business expert and super user connecting operations with technical systems across stores, functions, and global markets. Core responsibilities include translating operational requirements into system functionalities, co-leading system developments, upgrades, and integrations, and ensuring testing, validation, and release readiness. The position also oversees data governance, user permissions, and workflows, supports the creation of KPI dashboards, and trains facility managers, project managers, and vendors across the platform lifecycle. Applicants should possess solid experience with **business systems and digital transformations**, including system rollouts, integrations, or upgrades, alongside an understanding of Facility Management processes such as maintenance workflows, asset tracking, SLAs, and vendor coordination. Candidates must be skilled in stakeholder management across cross-functional areas such as IT, Security, and Retail Tech, with proven ability to support change and user adoption. Practical background using a **CAFM system** is highly relevant, with Planon experience considered an advantage, as is previous experience within business development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As C&F Systems Specialist, you will take ownership of our C&F systems and connected platforms from a business perspective. You will work closely with colleagues across C&F as well as functions such as Retail Tech, IT and Security, together with external system partners.
You will:
- Act as business expert and super user for C&F systems and connected platforms.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear system requirements, improvements and new functionalities.
- Drive and co-lead system developments, upgrades and integrations, including testing, validation and release readiness.
- Develop smarter and more scalable ways of working through automation, standardisation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong governance around workflows, data structures, configurations and user permissions.
- Support Facility Managers, Project Managers and vendors throughout the system lifecycle, including onboarding, training and expert support.
- Analyse how our systems and workflows are used to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of dashboards, KPIs and insights that enable better decision-making.
- Represent C&F in system steering groups and cross-functional initiatives.
- Benchmark best practices and bring forward ideas that improve our tools, processes and ways of working.
- Help ensure our systems support relevant compliance, audit, safety and data security requirements.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience from system rollouts, upgrades, integrations and/or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working across different functions and stakeholder groups, for example IT, Security, Retail Tech, Finance or external service providers.
- A good understanding of Facility Management processes, such as maintenance workflows, assets, SLAs and vendor coordination.
- Experience working with business systems, workflows, roles and data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience supporting change, developing guidance or training users and driving adoption.
- The ability to translate operational requirements into clear actions and system needs.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented approach and confidence in managing different stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with a CAFM system is highly relevant, Planon experience is considered an advantage. Experience from business development or a similar environment is also beneficial
