Insat Consulting AB is appointing a **Chief Technology & AI Officer** to direct its overarching technology, digital transformation, and Data & AI agenda while accelerating commercial growth. The role involves formulating and executing strategic initiatives, scaling enterprise capabilities in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud, Data Platforms, and Automation, and building new commercial offerings and accelerators. Responsibilities also include **leading global teams** across AI, SAP, software engineering, and cloud, collaborating directly with client CIOs and CTOs on major transformation programs, setting architecture and AI governance standards, and supporting strategic sales, partnerships, and European expansion. Candidates must be senior technology leaders, entrepreneurs, or consulting executives with **at least 20 years of total experience**, including a minimum of 4 years in technology or management consulting within the Nordic market. The role requires a strong understanding of Nordic enterprise business culture alongside proven expertise in Data & AI, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, SAP, and modern software engineering. Applicants must have demonstrated success building and scaling technology teams, driving enterprise sales, and navigating smoothly between boardroom strategy, client engagements, and hands-on technical execution.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Technology & AI Officer to lead our technology, Data & AI, engineering, and digital transformation strategy while helping drive commercial growth.
The ideal candidate combines technology depth, enterprise consulting experience, commercial thinking, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s Technology, Data & AI strategy.
- Build enterprise capabilities around Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Platforms, Cloud and Automation.
- Lead global teams across AI, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, SAP and Cloud.
- Work directly with CIOs, CTOs and business leaders to shape and deliver transformation programs.
- Build new technology offerings, accelerators and products from idea to commercial scale.
- Support strategic sales, partnerships and expansion across Europe.
- Establish strong engineering, architecture and AI governance standards.
Candidate Profile
- Senior technology leader, technology entrepreneur or consulting executive.
- Minimum 4 years of prior technology/management consulting experience in the Nordic market, with strong understanding of Nordic enterprise customers and business culture. Overall 20+ years of experience required.
- Strong background across Data & AI, enterprise architecture, cloud, SAP and modern software engineering.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling technology teams and capabilities.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting enterprise sales and customer relationships.
- Comfortable moving between boardroom strategy, customer engagements and hands-on technology decisions.
