Eccoci AB is seeking a **Clay Modeller** for a consultancy assignment working across existing and new design development phases alongside creative design teams. The work focuses on **3D physical model development**, carrying out exterior and interior clay modelling. Key duties include preparing model armatures, setting up models and parts for milling and paint, and conducting 3D scanning of physical models. Applicants must have **experience in clay modelling** and knowledge of modern studio techniques, supported by experience and a solid understanding of scanning software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience with on-plate milling is considered an advantage. The role calls for someone who is collaborative, structured, and technically competent, with strong communication and planning skills.
Description of the assignment
- The consultant will work with existing and new projects in different phases of design development together with creative design teams
- The work tasks would consist of 3D physical model development
- Clay modelling on exterior and interior models, 3D scanning of physical models, preparation of model armatures, preparation of models and parts for milling and paint
Qualifications and skills required for the role
- Experience in clay modelling
- Knowledge in modern studio techniques
- Experience in on plate milling is an advantage
- Experience and a good understanding of scanning software
