TechStack Global AB is hiring a **Cloud Solution Architect** to design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions that modernize infrastructure across the organisation. Working in a **hybrid work model** with periodic onsite collaboration, the role involves creating end-to-end cloud architectures across compute, storage, networking, security, and data platforms. Key duties include leading design sessions, building reference frameworks, driving microservices and containerization initiatives, and guiding cloud migrations. The architect also collaborates closely with engineering, product, and data teams to optimize cloud cost, reliability, and governance while mentoring engineers. Candidates must possess strong technical expertise in **at least one major platform**—Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud—alongside hands-on experience with cloud networking, IAM, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or Pulumi. A solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, event-driven architectures, and data platforms is required, backed by strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include 7–12 years of experience in cloud engineering, architecture, or platform roles, relevant professional cloud certifications, startup or scale-up experience, and a proven record of leading architectural transformations.
About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect who can design scalable, secure, and high‑performance cloud solutions that support our product and business goals. You will work closely with engineering, product, data, and security teams to define architecture standards, modernize infrastructure, and guide the organisation toward a cloud‑native, automation‑driven future.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end cloud architectures across compute, storage, networking, security, and data platforms.
- Lead cloud solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and technical decision‑making.
- Build reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and best practices for engineering teams.
- Drive cloud modernization initiatives including microservices, containerization, DevOps, and automation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure cloud environments follow strong security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Optimize cloud cost, performance, and reliability through continuous monitoring and improvements.
- Provide technical leadership on cloud migrations, integrations, and platform scalability.
- Evaluate new cloud services, tools, and technologies to strengthen our architecture roadmap.
- Mentor engineers and promote architectural excellence across teams.
Core Competencies & Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Cloud networking, IAM, VPC/VNet design
- Serverless, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
- Cloud security, encryption, identity, and governance
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, and event‑driven architectures.
