Instabee Group AB is hiring a **Commercial Business Development Manager** to join its Swedish commercial team, based at the Stockholm headquarters with a **hybrid setup and flexible working hours**. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the position focuses on strengthening merchant offerings and scaling commercial operations. Core responsibilities include driving process optimization and automation alongside tech and operational teams, analyzing data to monitor commercial and operational performance, defining operational KPIs and dashboards with controlling, and removing administrative friction to help the team focus on merchant success. The role also leads broader cross-functional projects tied directly to the core business to generate measurable commercial impact. Candidates must hold a **degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field** alongside 3–5 years of experience in growth, commercial positions, management consulting, or operational excellence. The position requires strong analytical and communication capabilities, an interest in logistics and customer experience, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, projects, or people. Instabee is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on, strategic and data-driven Commercial Business Development Manager to join our growing Swedish Commercial team! You’ll play a key role in strengthening our commercial offering to merchants, building a world-class commercial organisation and shaping the future of e-commerce delivery. The role reports to the Commercial Director, Sweden.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to identify, analyse and drive improvements in commercial processes, using automation and smarter tools to make the team more efficient.
- Drive process optimization and standardisation together with our commercial tech team.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve our setup for merchants, enhancing both our offering and the overall experience for merchants and their end consumers.
- Analyse data to monitor and evaluate both commercial and operational performance.
- Work with our controlling team to define our operational reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure we have the right data to make good decisions.
- Identify and proactively address bottlenecks, helping the team focus on what matters most and ensuring insights lead to action.
- Remove administrative tasks to free up time for helping our merchants become last-mile delivery-heroes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Commercial, Product, Tech, and Operations to continuously improve, optimise, and evolve our merchant offerings.
- Drive and lead projects that extend beyond day-to-day commercial operations, closely tied to Instabee’s core business, delivering measurable short- and long-term commercial impact.
