component tester
Talentech AB · Sollentuna · Tills vidare · Deadline 2026-11-26
Talentech AB is looking for a **component tester** to ensure the stability and reliability of digital solutions in HR and recruitment technology. The position focuses on component-level testing throughout the software development life cycle, planning and executing both manual and automated tests. Core tasks include creating test cases from requirements, investigating and documenting defects, collaborating closely with developers to identify root causes and verify fixes, and contributing to test automation. The role offers **flexible remote or hybrid work** arrangements alongside standard professional development opportunities. Candidates must have at least **two years of experience in software testing** or a similar quality-focused role, alongside proven experience in component testing, test case design, and defect reporting. Familiarity with test automation and scripting, a solid understanding of development and testing life cycles, and a good command of written and spoken English are also required. Experience testing APIs or integrations, working in CI/CD environments, using Git, handling test management and defect tracking tools, or working within cross-functional teams is considered a merit.
Do you enjoy finding the tiny details that make a big difference? As a component tester, you will help make digital solutions stable, reliable and ready to meet real user needs. Your work will connect testing, technology and teamwork—plus a healthy amount of curiosity.
You will work with component-level testing throughout the development process. That means checking that individual parts behave as expected, spotting issues early and helping the team turn findings into better solutions.
