360cognition AB is seeking a **Consultant Competence & Capability Development** to join as a capability architect. The work involves defining organizational capabilities in detail and assessing their value using a newly developed proprietary IT tool, supported by comprehensive guidance from the founders. Key duties include analyzing how specific capabilities—defined as combinations of competencies, enablers, and resources—affect stakeholders, beneficiaries, and company profitability. As this is a startup, formal employment is contingent on securing funding, though terms are negotiated individually and can include **equity ownership and profit-sharing** arrangements. Candidates must have in-depth knowledge in at least one specific area: **partnerships and alliances, ESG, HR, or business procurement**. Because the concept and the IT system are completely new, the role offers a distinctive learning opportunity for professionals looking to apply their domain expertise to early-stage capability modeling.
We are looking for more capability architects who can define organizational capabilities in detail and explain how they affect stakeholders and beneficiaries, as well as the company’s profitability.
You should have in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following areas:
- Partnerships and alliances
- ESG
- HR
- Business procurement
You will work with a brand-new IT tool specifically developed for assessing the value of capabilities—combinations of competencies, enablers, and resources. The founders will provide comprehensive guidance. As both the concept and the system are entirely new, we believe this could be a valuable learning opportunity for you.
We are a start-up, and our ability to offer employment depends on securing funding. We also offer equity ownership and profit-sharing arrangements. Terms are negotiated individually.
