Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is looking for a **Cybersecurity Infrastructure Manager** to design, recruit, and manage a team of technical cybersecurity specialists. Working within Grid Integration, the role helps advance the wider cybersecurity program alongside the GI Cybersecurity Leader. Core responsibilities include establishing a service catalog, building interfaces into IT and other functions, documenting program processes, developing management reporting on key risks and operational performance, and maintaining cybersecurity services to enable secure scaling. The position is covered by a collective agreement and offers flexible working time. Applicants must have experience in **building and leading a global team** of subject-matter experts, paired with strong process design and operations experience. The role also requires **sound risk management judgement** regarding cybersecurity in complex environments, as well as proven experience directly supporting leadership planning and reporting.
The opportunity
An opportunity to build out a team of technical specialist in our journey to a leading Digital AI enterprise. You will design, recruit, and lead a team of technical cybersecurity specialist to help our Grid Integration scale at speed in a secure manner. This role will also serve as a leadership role within the GI Cybersecurity program and have significant input and oversight in how the program grows and operates with maturity. You will support the GI Cybersecurity Leader in managing multiple facets of the program including establishing a service catalog, building interfaces into IT and other functions, documenting program process and developing management reporting.
