Danish-Speaking Negotiator–Telecommunications & Infrastructure to Meanture

Academic Work Sweden AB · Helsingborg · 6 månader eller längre

Academic Work is recruiting two positions as **Danish-speaking negotiator** on behalf of Meanture, a specialist consultancy focused on telecommunications and infrastructure agreements. The role centres on expanding Meanture’s services into Denmark by renegotiating and extending existing land and rooftop contracts with Danish property owners, municipalities, and housing associations. Rather than cold calling, the work focuses on commercial relationship management, adjusting contract terms, and finding sustainable long-term financial structures. Appointees will independently handle an active portfolio of roughly 50 to 60 negotiations concurrently via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams. The primary workplace is Meanture’s office in Sundbyberg, though candidates based in Skåne can **work remotely from Skåne** following a mandatory two- to four-week initial onboarding period in Stockholm. Applicants must possess **professional fluency in Danish**, both written and spoken, to handle counterparty discussions in the Danish market. Candidates who intend to work remotely from Skåne must also be able to complete the initial on-site training period in Stockholm. Prior professional experience in negotiation, sales, real estate, contract management, telecommunications, customer service, or comparable commercial settings is advantageous. The selection procedure includes both a personality assessment and a cognitive test.

Would you like to combine commercial negotiation, relationship management and business development while playing a key role in establishing a new operation in the Danish market?

Meanture is a fast-growing specialist consultancy focused on telecommunications and infrastructure agreements. The company works with major organisations within the telecommunications and infrastructure sector and has built a successful operation specialising in the renegotiation and development of existing land and rooftop agreements. Following strong results in the Swedish market, the operation is now expanding into Denmark. Together with Meanture, Academic Work is therefore looking for two Danish-speaking negotiators who want to join from the beginning and help establish and develop the Danish operation.

About the role

As a Negotiator, you will be responsible for renegotiating and extending existing agreements relating to telecommunications infrastructure at locations across Denmark.

You will independently manage an active portfolio of approximately 50–60 ongoing negotiations simultaneously. The role is primarily office-based, with negotiations conducted via phone, email and Microsoft Teams, meaning that regular site visits are not required.

Your primary workplace will be Meanture’s office in Sundbyberg, Sweden. For candidates based in the Skåne region, there is also the opportunity to work remotely from Skåne after completing an initial 2–4 week onboarding period in Stockholm.

You will primarily negotiate with Danish property and landowners, including:

You will work with existing contractual relationships, meaning that this is not a traditional new-business sales role. Instead, your focus will be on negotiation, relationship management and creating commercially sustainable long-term agreements with existing counterparties. Negotiations may include extending existing agreements, revising commercial terms or identifying alternative financial structures that create value for both parties.

This is more than a traditional negotiation role. You will become part of establishing and building the Danish operation and will have the opportunity to influence how working methods, processes and the portfolio develop as the business grows. At the same time, you will have the support of an experienced organisation. You will work closely with project leads and experienced colleagues from the Swedish operation.

You are offered:

Work tasks

From day one, you will receive a structured onboarding programme including training in contracts and negotiation, established processes and structured ways of working, recorded case studies from previous negotiations, practical examples and best practices, and continuous coaching and support from experienced colleagues.

In the role, you will combine commercial negotiation, relationship management and business development with high independence and responsibility while working with an extensive agreement portfolio within a long-term and established infrastructure sector:
