Kognity is looking for a **Delivery Coordinator** to keep content workflows moving across its Content Operations team, freelance contributors, and Product and Tech colleagues. In this role, you deliver content update projects from brief through QA to deployment, manage the full contractor lifecycle for freelance subject specialists, triage user and internal feedback, handle third-party content rights and licensing records, and maintain the dashboards, trackers, and documentation that provide operational visibility. The position also involves integrating **AI tools into daily operations** to support content processes. Applicants should have a background in **content coordination, project coordination, or operations**, ideally gained within EdTech, tech, product, or digital publishing. Essential capabilities include strong communication across technical, legal, and creative stakeholders, the ability to organise multiple parallel workstreams using tracking systems, quick adoption of new platforms and tools, and experience using AI tools to improve decisions and execution. Candidates must also demonstrate skill in synthesizing unstructured information into structured insights and practical recommendations.

What you'll do
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will get a chance to keep content work moving reliably across Kognity's Content Operations team, its freelance contributors and the Product and Tech teams it depends on.
- Deliver small content update projects, acting as the single point of contact from brief through authoring, QA and upload to live deployment, ensuring every asset quality.
- Run the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, from sourcing and briefing freelance subject specialists to onboarding, tracking assignments and closing out engagements cleanly.
- Triage and route incoming content feedback from users and internal teams, tracking it through to resolution and surfacing patterns that shape content priorities.
- Work on third-party content rights, permissions and licensing, keeping records audit-ready and escalating copyright questions to the right stakeholders.
- Build and maintain the trackers, dashboards and documentation that give the content team visibility over its work, and help bring AI tools into everyday content operations.
What we're looking for
- Background in content coordination, project coordination or operations, ideally within tech, product, digital publishing or EdTech.
- Proven ability to keep multiple workstreams organised and moving, ideally with a tracker or system you've built to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, able to adjust tone and detail for audiences from freelance contributors to legal and finance stakeholders.
- Fast learner who picks up new tools, platforms and content systems quickly, with minimal repeated guidance.
- Skilled at turning scattered information, such as feedback threads or contractor performance notes, into clear improvements patterns and concrete recommendations.
