Integro Consulting AB seeks a **Developer Platform Engineer** on an employment contract covered by a collective agreement to work with a client in the automotive industry. The position focuses on building reusable, secure developer solutions that integrate into engineering workflows, establishing internal "Golden Paths," and elevating developer experience across the organization. Core duties involve collaborating with teams to address development bottlenecks, continuously evolving existing platforms based on usage feedback, and experimenting with AI technologies—including LLMs, agents, and MCP—to modernize software delivery processes. Candidates must have at least **five years of experience** across Kubernetes or OpenShift, Azure cloud environments, CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. The role requires a software engineering background in Python, TypeScript, and React, alongside proficiency in Bash or PowerShell scripting and hands-on experience with Internal Developer Platforms such as Backstage. Applicants need strong **DevSecOps fundamentals**, an understanding of AI applications in software development, and fluency in English, while Swedish language proficiency and prior DevSecOps experience within the automotive sector are advantageous.

Experience required:
Min 5 years of;
• Kubernetes or OpenShift (deployments, manifests, core resources)
• Cloud platforms (Azure)
• CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions)
• Automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
• Software engineering background (Python, TypeScript, React).
• Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker)
• Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and modern collaboration practices
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps and secure-by-design principles
• Experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI and its usage in software development
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience with Backstage or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
• Plus if you have experience from working with DevSecOps within the automotive industry.
