Zool Engineering, part of HiQ, is seeking a senior **DevOps Engineer** to join its engineering team in Gothenburg. Working as an innovative consultant partner, the engineer takes a leading role in guiding client organizations through technical challenges and helping them implement durable solutions. Clients span sectors such as automotive and mobility, MedTech, logistics, property management, manufacturing, and public administration. Alongside client delivery, the role involves shaping the internal "Beyond DevOps" philosophy and actively contributing to a collaborative culture of continuous learning and experimentation. Applicants should be experienced technical professionals driven by a strong problem-solving mindset and tech ambition, as the exact number of years in the field is less critical than capability and drive. While no candidate is expected to master every tool, qualifying backgrounds include **hands-on experience with cloud platforms** such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, alongside **Kubernetes and container orchestration**. Competence in CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps workflows, monitoring and observability, or scripting in languages like Python, Bash, or Go will also help a candidate succeed in the position.
