Serving as a crucial link between digital delivery teams and business stakeholders, the role drives cross-functional HR and technology projects from initial concept through implementation and delivery. Responsibilities include defining project scope, schedules, and deliverables, overseeing structured project governance, tracking risks and dependencies, reporting progress to steering committees, and supporting **change management** to secure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates must have proven **digital project management experience**, preferably within HR technology initiatives, alongside a solid understanding of HR processes. Practical experience with Agile ways of working and structured project governance is required, including hands-on experience working alongside developers, data engineers, technical leads, and architects in multidisciplinary delivery settings. Previous experience within the process industry is either required or strongly preferred.

Job Overview
Role Summary
Our client in the process industry is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead prioritised initiatives within the People & Organisation (P&O)/HR domain. The role will drive HR and technology projects from initial concept through delivery, acting as a key link between digital delivery teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional HR and technology projects from idea through implementation and delivery.
- Define project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, risks and dependencies, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation.
- Coordinate collaboration between the digital teams, HR representatives and wider business stakeholders.
- Provide structured project governance, including reporting and status updates to steering committees.
- Support change management activities and secure cross-functional stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Digital project management experience, preferably within HR technology initiatives.
- Experience working closely with developers, data engineers, technical leads and architects.
- Practical experience of Agile ways of working.
- Experience in structured project governance, milestone management, risk management and steering committee reporting.
- Experience of change management in environments involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal consultant has proven experience managing digital projects and a strong understanding of HR processes. Previous experience from the process industry is required or strongly preferred. The candidate should be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary delivery environment and coordinating stakeholders across both technology and business functions.
