Comprend, part of AuraGroup AB, is hiring a **Digital Strategy & Growth Marketing Director** for a **full-time position** based preferably in Stockholm, with Malmö open for discussion. The role focuses on helping clients achieve business growth by leading paid, performance, and growth marketing workstreams and projects. Working cross-disciplinarily alongside colleagues across Sweden, Finland, Poland, and the UK, responsibilities include acting as a senior advisor, ensuring high-quality delivery, and developing the narrative and go-to-market approach for the agency's performance marketing offering. Additionally, the role integrates AI-supported tools and methods into marketing workflows to boost efficiency and client value. Candidates require deep expertise in **performance marketing and digital growth strategy** across the full spectrum of paid and performance channels. Applicants must have proven experience developing and commercialising digital marketing offerings, building senior client relationships, and leading complex workstreams without formal personnel responsibility. Practical experience using AI-supported tools or methods is required, as well as professional fluency in both Swedish and English to effectively communicate complex insights into client-ready recommendations.

In this role, you help them answer it across paid, performance and growth marketing, by leading the work that sets the direction and gets it moving. You also shape what Comprend offers, so our solutions stay relevant as the channels and tools change.
The role
You’ll work with digital marketing at Comprend, alongside colleagues across disciplines. You lead workstreams and projects for clients, and you make sure the quality of what we deliver is high and the numbers are right. Sometimes you lead an assignment from start to finish. Other times you drive one phase and hand over to colleagues. You’re a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues, and your advice rests on deep expertise.
Your impact goes beyond your own assignments. You develop how we talk about and sell our performance and growth marketing offering, and you help others apply the standard you set.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and drive paid, performance and growth marketing workstreams and projects for our clients.
- Build and grow senior client relationships that create long-term value for clients and for us.
- Develop the narrative and go-to-market approach for our performance and growth marketing solutions, and help the offering grow commercially.
- Bring AI-supported methods and tools into our digital marketing work to improve efficiency, quality and client value.
- Work across disciplines to deliver integrated, insight-driven solutions, and share knowledge across the organisation.
- Stay ahead of shifts in the digital landscape and turn them into practical improvements for clients and for us.

- Experience of developing and commercialising digital marketing offerings or solutions.

- A strong track record of leading complex workstreams or projects without formal personnel responsibility.
- Clear, adaptable communication, with the skill to turn complex insights into client-ready recommendations.
- Experience of using AI-supported tools or methods.
- Professional Swedish and English.
