Capgemini Engineering Sverige AB is seeking an **Electrical & Electronics Component Owner** to lead the hardware lifecycle of ECUs or other E&E components. Acting as the technical authority for an assigned component, the role ensures hardware deliverables meet system requirements, software prerequisites, project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory constraints. Daily tasks involve cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers. Capgemini supports **flexible work arrangements**, including options for remote work and flexible working hours. Applicants must hold a **B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree** in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, or equivalent, alongside at least three years of relevant design or testing work experience within the electrical or electronics domain. Strong organizational skills and confidence in presenting status updates to stakeholders are expected. Experience managing or owning electronic components for production release, as well as background in the automotive industry, is considered meritorious. Your Role
As an E&E Component Owner, you will be responsible for leading the hardware lifecycle of ECUs or other E&E components.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Technical authority for your assigned component, ensuring that hardware deliverables meet System requirements, SW prerequisites, project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory constraints.
- Collaboration with cross-function engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
Your Profile
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electronics, Computer science, Automation or equivalent.
- Min 3 years of relevant work experience of design or testing within Electrical or Electronics domain.
- Previous experience of managing/owning electronic components for release to production or experience within the automotive industry is meritorious.
- You like structure and have things organized and well planned and feel confident in presenting your status and development in front of stakeholders.
