Flextronics International Sweden AB is hiring an **Electronic Design Engineer** for product development within Flex Power Modules. Working alongside project managers as well as mechanical, software, and simulation engineers, the role takes charge of electronic hardware design for developing scalable DC/DC power converters. Core responsibilities include leading electronic, thermal, and magnetic design, product evaluation, and verification. The position also entails maintaining pre-development aligned with technology roadmaps, conducting feasibility assessments, and engaging in technical discussions with customers to establish requirements and verification plans based on data from global hyper-scalers and partners. Applicants must hold an **academic degree in electrical engineering or similar** and have proven experience in **power electronic design**. The role calls for advanced technical, functional, and customer relationship capabilities, alongside strong analytical skills to define problems and evaluate data. Additional knowledge in thermal and magnetic design is considered an advantage.

We are hiring a Experienced Electronic Hardware Engineer for DC/DC product development, that will be in charge of electronic design for developing new products.
What a typical day looks like:
- You will work in product development projects together with a project manager, electronic design engineers, mechanic-, software- and simulation engineers
- Leading the work in electronic design, thermal & magnetic design, evaluation & verification of our products;
- Collecting and analyzing data from global hyper-scalers and partners to influence roadmaps and drive the development of next generation products
- Technical discussions with our customers with aim to find technical solutions align requirements and verification plans
- Holding up the pre-development according to technology and product roadmap
- Contributing with colleagues from the engineering department on product feasibility
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Academic degree in electrical engineering - or similar
- Power electronic design
- Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
- Knowledge in thermal- & magnetic design is an advantage
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
