Regma IT AB is seeking an **Embedded Software Application Engineer (Expert)** to design and implement embedded application software using C and C++. Working in the Gothenburg area, the role involves collaborating with function owners on requirements and functional behaviour, conducting code reviews, and testing and debugging software in SIL/HIL environments as well as directly in vehicles. The position also contributes to continuous improvement processes within the development workflow. Candidates must have **more than eight years of deep experience** in embedded software development alongside demonstrated expertise in embedded C/C++ and embedded toolchains and debugging. An understanding of automotive software architectures, such as AUTOSAR, is required. Applicants must be **fluent in English**, both written and spoken, while proficiency in Swedish is a strong plus. The role requires being based in or able to commute to the Gothenburg area.
- Design and implement embedded application software in C/C++

- 8+ years of deep experience in embedded software development
- Embedded C/C++ development experience
