Cyberway AB is recruiting an **Embedded Software Engineer** to work on technical solutions and client projects based in **Skåne**. The position involves delivering embedded development assignments both independently and collaboratively in teams, maintaining close communication with clients and colleagues while addressing complex digital challenges. Applicants must hold an engineering degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related field, alongside at least **three years of professional experience** in embedded software development. Essential requirements include strong practical proficiency in **C/C++ and Linux**, as well as excellent communication skills in English, Swedish, or both. Familiarity with Python, debugging tools, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, device drivers, computer vision, machine learning, or open-source contributions is advantageous.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in embedded software development
- Strong hands-on experience with C/C++ and Linux
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Swedish

- Python
- Debug tools (GDB, Valgrind)
- Robot Framework, CANoe/CANalyzer, CAPL
- CI/CD, Git, Gerrit, test automation
- Device drivers, kernel/user space

For this role, we are looking for someone based in Skåne, as many of our clients and projects are located in the region.
