Ericsson AB is looking for an **Engagement Manager** to join Strategy and Portfolio Management (SPP), its internal management consultancy based in Stockholm. Working closely with Ericsson’s global Executive Team, the role serves the company globally by delivering high-impact engagements across corporate strategy, organization, corporate finance, sales, operations, and change. Core duties include defining project approaches, engaging with senior client executives, taking full end-to-end responsibility for complex projects, and leading mixed teams of internal consultants and client stakeholders. The role also serves as a talent pool offering **rotation opportunities** into global management positions across the Ericsson group. Applicants must have an excellent academic track record from globally recognized business or engineering schools, typically holding an **advanced degree** such as an M.Sc., Ph.D., or MBA. The position requires at least five years of full-time work experience from top-tier management consulting firms or comparable backgrounds in corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity. Candidates need proven experience leading and delivering consulting projects, strong problem-structuring and client-management abilities, and excellent business English. Prior strategy consulting experience within Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) is highly valued but not required.
