The position focuses on establishing and supporting Salesforce architecture governance, defining policies, standards, playbooks, and best practices across requirements, design, development, and deployment. Core responsibilities include aligning Salesforce implementations with the broader enterprise architecture, shaping IT roadmaps, and advising on platform capabilities and integration strategies. The architect also reviews technical designs, supports technical debt reduction and data governance, guides development troubleshooting, and assists with Program Increment planning, technical prioritization, and **enterprise transformation programs**. Applicants must bring **at least 10 years of relevant experience**, accompanied by a proven background in Salesforce architecture and large-scale transformation initiatives. Solid expertise across solution and technical architecture, architecture governance, data governance, and technical design reviews is required. The role also expects deep familiarity with Salesforce platform best practices, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, and extensive experience advising executives and senior business leaders on strategic direction, program governance, and complex system dependencies.

What You Will Work On
- Establish and support Salesforce architecture governance
- Develop architecture policies, standards and best practices
- Provide guidance on Salesforce architecture principles
- Support Program Increment planning and technical prioritization
- Develop playbooks covering requirements, design, development and deployment
- Provide strategic architectural guidance to executives and senior stakeholders
- Align Salesforce solutions with the wider enterprise architecture
- Review and advise on the overall IT architecture roadmap
- Review Salesforce solution and technical architecture
- Review technical designs against Salesforce best practices
- Advise on Salesforce product roadmap and platform capabilities
- Define and advise on integration strategies with enterprise systems
- Assess implementation tools and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support architecture optimization and technical debt reduction
- Support data governance and data quality strategies
- Review build practices and technical implementations
- Provide guidance on development troubleshooting and solution design
- Support transformation strategy, roadmaps and execution
- Establish and improve program governance and reporting
- Manage stakeholder engagement with executives, department heads and external partners
- Support scope and dependency management across the Salesforce implementation
