Dynavox Group AB is seeking an **ERP Application Specialist - Finance & Order Management** to join its growing Enterprise IT function. Serving as the primary link between Finance, Order Management, and IT, the role focuses on shaping, configuring, and improving Finance and Order-to-Cash processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Core responsibilities include **end-to-end process ownership**, application support and issue resolution, hands-on system configuration, solution design, release and change management, financial compliance controls, and user training and documentation across global regions. Candidates must have a solid understanding of end-to-end finance and order management processes, combined with **experience in D365 F&O or AX 2012** across areas such as GL, AP, AR, Banking & Payments, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, or Tax/VAT. Desirable qualifications include familiarity with Azure DevOps, Data Management Framework (DMF), the broader Microsoft D365 ecosystem, connected system integrations such as OData, CRM, or WMS, and relevant ISV solutions including Medius, Avalara, Lasernet, or EBizCharge. Strong cross-functional communication and structured problem-solving skills are also expected.

We’re growing our Enterprise IT function to better support the business through our enterprise platforms. As a ERP Application Specialist - Finance & Order Management, you’ll take the lead in shaping and improving our Finance and Order‑to‑Cash processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
In this role, you’ll be the key link between Finance, Order Management, and IT, combining functional know‑how with hands‑on D365 configuration. You’ll help optimize processes, secure accurate and compliant financial operations, and ensure our workflows scale smoothly across regions.

Your Technical & Functional Skills:
- You have a solid understanding of end-to-end finance and order management processes and enjoy connecting the dots between systems, processes, and business needs.
- Experience with D365 F&O (or AX 2012) in one or more areas: GL, AP, AR, Banking & Payments, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Tax/VAT.
It would be great if you're also familiar with:
- Azure DevOps (work items, test plans, release coordination)
- Data Management (DMF)
- Excel and the Microsoft D365 ecosystem
- Relevant ISV solutions such as Medius, Avalara, Lasernet, or EBizCharge
- Integrations and connected systems (OData, CRM, WMS, BI, AP automation, tax engines)
