Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is recruiting a **Factory System Test Lead** to join its HVDC operations. The role focuses on developing comprehensive test strategies, planning and executing testing activities, and conducting quality control and assurance. Responsibilities also include **team management**, maintaining compliance and standards, and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders. The position is covered by a collective agreement and features flexible working hours, onboarding mentor support, and structured training opportunities. Candidates should have knowledge of programming languages and software tools applied in control systems, such as PLC, SCADA, or DCS, alongside **proficiency in English and Swedish**, both written and spoken. A bachelor's degree in a STEM field is preferred, and an understanding of protection principles, relay coordination, and fault analysis in HVDC systems or equivalent setups is considered an advantage. Your background
- A bachelor's degree in STEM fields is preferrable
- You have knowledge of software tools and programming languages used in control systems PLC, SCADA, DCS
- It is an advantage if you have understanding of protection principles, relay coordination, and fault analysis in HVDC systems or equivalents
- You have excellent verbal communication skills that will allow you to report effectively and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in both English and Swedish, with speaking and writing skills in both languages
