Your Responsibilities
You will support and challenge financial performance, helping the business identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead financial steering for Regional Quality in EMEA & Sweden Supply and Regional Supply Chain.
- Manage month end and planning cycles, including analysis and consolidation.
- Present financial performance to management and recommend areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the strategy department to align financial steering with strategic priorities and deliver efficiency targets.
- Drive and support business cases.
- Contribute to projects and handle ad hoc financial analyses.

Our Expectations
You hold a master’s degree in management and finance and have at least five years of experience as a Finance Business Partner. Experience in manufacturing accounting and operations finance is required, while experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English is required. Swedish is an advantage but not essential.
You are organised, analytical, flexible and accurate. You collaborate effectively with others and are comfortable working independently. You communicate clearly and can deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
