Key duties include leading budgeting, forecasting, and KPI follow-up, supporting commercial cases through financial analysis, overseeing working capital and cash flow, and coordinating cross-country audits, tax matters, and statutory compliance. Initially, the role entails **hands-on transition work** to build regional working routines. Applicants need a university degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration, alongside several years of experience in finance, business partnering, or controlling within an international organisation.
