Aktiebolaget Tetra Pak is hiring a **Food Category Services Business Support Specialist** to serve as a subject matter expert for a dedicated business scope and strategy. The role provides cross-category deep technical expertise for sales opportunities requiring portfolio knowledge and assists markets with the complete portfolio scope to protect and grow category business. Core duties include acting as an expert contact to guide and coach colleagues on site activities, advising sales on quoting complex products and services, and coordinating directly with product and project managers within the business stream. Additionally, the specialist aligns internal stakeholders and external suppliers across operational and business development levels while implementing **continuous improvements** to enhance the quality and productivity of technical support delivery. Candidates must hold a **bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, or both**, combined with experience from the **food processing business**. Applicants need a proven track record of leading teams in multicultural settings, a self-motivating approach demonstrating accountability, and excellent command of English, both spoken and written. FOOD CATEGORY SERVICES BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job summary
We are now offering an exiting position where you will act as subject matter expert for dedicated business scope and strategy, supporting cross-category and in contact with the Business Stream. Support with deep technical expertise for sales opportunities that require portfolio knowledge.
What you will do
As Food Category Services Business Support Specialist, you will:
· Act as an expert point of contact to drive activities and coach colleagues to support site activities at markets, in collaboration with the markets and Services organization, to grow and protect the Category business. Recognized by peers to provide deep technical support on specific equipment from the portfolio or process.
· Supports Markets with complete portfolio scope and identifies opportunities for improvement. Provides deep technical support cross-category for specific Business Stream and guidance to sales in quoting complex products/services and/or commercial content/expertise as solutions.
· Key contact with the dedicated Business Stream to manage market and customers request, usually in direct contact with the Product Managers and Project Manager of the specific Business Stream to bring Services into the scope of their activities, as well, when any support is needed.
· Ensures alignment and effective communication with the involved stakeholders internally and with external suppliers on both operational level and business development level to successfully implement the offered solution.
· Drives and implements continuous improvements for the technical and operational support team to increase quality and productivity in the delivery of technical support.
Who you are
We believe that you have:
· A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
· A proven track record of leading teams in multicultural settings.
· Experience from Food Processing business
· A self-motivating, self-starting and enthusiastic approach to work, demonstrating accountability for delivering committed results.
· Excellent command of English, both oral and written is required.
