Spiich Labs AB is hiring a **Founding AI Engineer** to join its early-stage team in Stockholm. The role is **fully on-site** and offers a compensation package that includes equity through qualified employee stock options (QESO) from day one. Working on an agentic platform designed to automate sales workflows, the engineer will own the agent stack end-to-end, spanning infrastructure, model selection, database and knowledge graph structures, and search algorithm development. Daily responsibilities include designing agentic workflows driven by LLMs, vector search, and knowledge graphs, as well as building autonomous background agents that integrate with CRMs, email, and the web. Applicants should be experienced engineers with strong drive who thrive in early-stage environments characterized by ambiguity and rapid daily iteration. Crucial expertise includes working with **LLMs, knowledge graphs, and agentic systems**, with an emphasis on problem-solving over abstract engineering. The company's technical stack relies on TypeScript, Node.js, Express, Neo4j, PostgreSQL, and Mastra, utilizing models from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. The recruitment process includes an intro call, a technical interview, a take-home task, and a mandatory **two-day on-site trial** working with the team.

- Design and build agentic workflows powered by LLMs, vector search, and knowledge graphs
- Build autonomous background agents that run real revenue workflows — triggered by schedules and CRM events, working across email, CRM, and the web
- Own the agent stack end-to-end: from infrastructure to product logic
- Ship fast: test ideas, run experiments, iterate daily
- Shape the product, the stack, and the culture from the ground up
