Jobs Europe AB is hiring a **Game Presenter English - Malta** to host and deal a variety of live-streamed casino games from a studio in Malta. The role involves interacting with online players to deliver an engaging customer experience, participating in table promotions and media campaigns, maintaining departmental uniform and cleanliness standards, and reporting any incidents or unusual activities directly to the pit boss. Practical conditions require the ability to work on a **24/7 rotating shift basis**, covering day, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. No prior experience is necessary, as initial game training is provided directly through the company's academy. Candidates must have a **conversational level of English (B1 or above)** alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills. Selection focuses on finding collaborative team players capable of delivering high-quality customer service while consistently upholding professional standards on camera.
Responsibilities
- Host and deal a variety of casino games in a live studio, streamed to players.
- Always maintain the highest professional standards.
- Participate in table promotions and internal/external media campaigns.
- Interact with and provide an engaging and rewarding experience for our live players.
- Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge to maintain proficiency.
- Report any incidents or unusual activities to the PIT BOSS, including issues in gaming areas, colleagues, tables, and chats.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as required according to the company's needs.
- Maintain and clean immediate work area, adhering to departmental uniform standards.
- Perform quality control functions as per departmental standards.
Requirements
- No previous experience required. We are looking for personality that would fit into our company culture, skills we can train ourselves in our Academy.
- Ability to work 24/7 on a rotating shift basis (day/afternoon/night), including weekends and holidays.
- Conversational level of English. (B1 and above)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
