Incluso AB is hiring a **Graphic Designer** for a full-time consultant assignment based in Gothenburg, starting as soon as possible. The initial contract runs for seven months, with the possibility of extension. Working **100% on-site**, the designer will join a cross-functional Brand Experience Design team shaping future mobility experiences. Core duties involve leading graphic design tasks for product launches and brand experiences from concept to final delivery, translating complex product features into premium visual narratives, and collaborating with interior, exterior, CMF, UX/UI, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across physical and digital platforms. The role may also require travel to China approximately one to two times per year. Candidates must have at least **three years of professional experience** taking graphic design projects from idea to production, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and a premium visual aesthetic. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects—alongside Figma. Applicants must hold a driver’s license and possess fluent written and spoken English. Success in the role requires an understanding of diverse production methods, material limitations, cohesive branding, and experience collaborating within fast-paced creative teams.

Assignment description
You will join a Brand Experience Design team, a cross-functional group where curiosity, drive, and an interdisciplinary mindset are deeply valued. The team collaborates closely with multiple design disciplines to shape the mobility experiences of tomorrow.
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the creative development and execution of product launches. From early concept to final delivery, you will help craft bold, emotionally engaging visual narratives that elevate the brand and bring products to life across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead graphic design task for product launches and brand experiences – from early concept to final delivery
- Collaborate closely with interior, exterior, CMF, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Translate complex ideas and product features into simple, emotional, and premium visual narratives
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's visual language across physical and digital platforms
Qualifications and skills required for the role
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design following projects from idea to production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a premium visual aesthetic and storytelling ability.
- Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Solid understanding of turning initial concepts and designs into reality through a variety of production methods and material limitations.
- A strong understanding of branding and developing a consistent and cohesive expression.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional creative teams
- Ability to clearly present ideas and lead visual concepts from ideation to execution
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
