Nordic Fulfillment Group AB in Skövde is hiring a full-time, permanent **Head of Product & Growth** to lead its global commercial expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO as part of the management team, the role owns the company’s growth strategy from planning to execution and will help build the commercial team as the business scales. Core responsibilities include managing the end-to-end customer funnel for the webshop, expanding B2B and wholesale channels, entering new international markets, forming supplier and brand partnerships, and running data-driven experiments around metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion. The position is based on-site in Skövde with **hybrid remote options** and flexible hours. The ideal candidate offers proven leadership experience within growth, marketing, or commercial functions, alongside a track record of scaling revenue across international markets, ideally within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sectors. Candidates must demonstrate **strong analytical competence**, the versatility to operate both strategically and hands-on within a lean team, and full professional fluency in English. Relocation support and work permit sponsorship are available for applicants moving to Sweden from outside the EU.

Nordic Fulfillment Group is a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Skövde, Sweden. We export Scandinavian and European goods to customers on more than four continents, through both our webshop and our wholesale channel. We’re now entering our next phase of growth, and we’re looking for the right person to lead it.
The role
As Head of Product & Growth, you’ll own our growth agenda from strategy to execution. You’ll report directly to the CEO, sit on the management team, and play a key part in building our commercial team as we scale.
Location: Skövde, Sweden. The role is based at our office in Skövde, with the option to work partly from home.
Employment: Permanent (tillsvidareanställning), full-time

What you’ll do
- Set and drive the growth strategy: new customer segments, markets, channels and revenue streams
- Own the full customer funnel for our webshop, from acquisition and conversion to retention and repeat purchases
- Grow and develop our wholesale and B2B business
- Lead our expansion into new international markets, taking local regulations and import rules into account
- Build a data-driven culture: define KPIs such as CAC, LTV, AOV, churn and conversion, and run experiments to improve them
- Identify and develop partnerships with brands, suppliers and distributors
Who you are
- Experience leading growth, marketing or commercial functions, ideally in e-commerce or D2C
- A proven track record of scaling revenue, preferably across multiple international markets
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable making decisions based on data
- Strategic yet hands-on, able to set direction and execute yourself in a small, fast-moving team
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
