Perido AB is seeking an **HVAC Engineer** for a client based in Eskilstuna. This is a **full-time permanent position** (until further notice) with an estimated start date of 1 December 2026. The role combines technical support, project implementation, and hands-on operational oversight to maintain reliable production environments. Responsibilities include resolving HVAC failures, designing and implementing equipment upgrades, handling installation debugging and control technology docking for new machinery, and conducting regular inspections. The engineer also manages spare parts procurement, handles technical documentation and data collection, and guides technicians in routine maintenance, filter replacements, and program debugging. Applicants must hold a **college degree or above** in electrical automation, automation, mechatronics, HVAC science, or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in HVAC technology, with proven ability to independently design, select components for, and debug small-to-medium-sized projects. Essential technical skills include proficiency in HVAC drawing, BOM development, control programming, touch-screen interfaces, upper computer software programming, and the capacity to resolve engineering issues encountered during on-site construction.

About the position
We at Perido are now looking for an HVAC Engineer for our client. The position is based in Eskilstuna.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle HVAC issues and provide technical support for production HVAC failures
- Design and implementation of HVAC equipment upgrading and renovation projects
- HVAC control technology docking and installation debugging of newly introduced equipment
- Workshop HVAC spare parts management and procurement
- Regularly inspect HVAC equipment, promptly identify and address HVAC equipment issues
- Arrange for the collection and submission of random data on newly introduced HVAC equipment

Qualifications:
- College degree or above, major in electrical automation, automation, mechatronics, HVAC science, etc., with at least 5 years of related work experience
- Master knowledge of HVAC drawing and BOM development; Familiar with HVAC control programs, touch screen programs, upper computer software programming, and related HVAC module technology experiments
- Can collect, organize, analyze, read, and verify the feasibility of corresponding HVAC materials, manuals, software, and component selection
- Can guide HVAC technician in changing ventilation filter, program debugging, technical training, and progress supervision
- Having at least 2 years of experience in HAVC technology, able to independently complete the design, selection and debugging of small and medium-sized projects
- Could independently solve relevant problems encountered during on-site HVAC engineering construction
Contract type and hours
Full-time until further notice. Estimated start 2026-12-01.
