Epical Sweden AB is seeking an **IAM Domain Architect** to join its Digital Trust team. In this full-time role, the architect designs enterprise identity and access management solutions and develops strategic roadmaps, governance models, and implementation guidance for clients navigating modern identity and Zero Trust security models. Working alongside business stakeholders, security teams, and technical specialists, the position addresses areas such as identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management. The post offers **flexible remote working** options alongside access to company offices across Sweden and Finland, including Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Örebro, and Skövde. Candidates must have deep expertise in the IAM domain, proven experience designing enterprise IAM architectures, and a strong track record of translating business needs into scalable solutions within complex enterprise environments. Professional proficiency in English combined with **fluency in Swedish or Finnish** is required for client engagements. Meriting qualifications include prior consulting or advisory experience, relevant certifications, and hands-on familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Additional assets include experience with platforms like Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, or similar tools, as well as knowledge of Zero Trust principles, IGA, PAM, and ITDR.

We are looking for an IAM Domain Architect to join our Digital Trust team and play a key role in shaping the future of identity and access management for our clients.
What is this role all about? 🔐
As an IAM Domain Architect, you will lead the design of Identity and Access Management architectures for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical specialists to translate business requirements into secure and scalable identity solutions.
Your work may include IAM strategy development, architecture design, governance models, solution roadmaps, and guiding implementation projects across identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.
As a trusted advisor, you will help clients navigate complex identity challenges and support their journey towards modern identity and Zero Trust security models.
We're looking for professionals who don't just design solutions but drive strategic identity initiatives and lead them to success.
This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home or any of our offices across Sweden or Finland (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Örebro, Skövde, Espoo, Tampere, Lahti and Kuopio).
What are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Deep expertise within the IAM domain
- Experience designing enterprise IAM architectures and roadmaps
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance
- Experience translating business requirements into secure and scalable IAM solutions
- Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Fluency in either Swedish or Finnish, as many of our customer engagements are conducted in local languages
Merited skills
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, OpenText, Omada, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or similar solutions
- Understanding of Zero Trust principles
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR)
- Relevant certifications
- Previous consulting or advisory experience
