Lovable Labs Sweden AB is seeking an **IT Engineer** to join its growing team based in Stockholm. The role focuses on automating the company's internal IT operations end-to-end using AI agents to eliminate manual tasks and support more than 250 employees. Key responsibilities include managing the IT stack across identity, devices, SaaS, and zero-trust networking, as well as building self-serve tools and AI agents to automatically handle tier-1 and tier-2 requests such as onboarding, access, and app provisioning. The engineer will also administer the organisation's AI toolset, oversee DNS records and domain strategy, maintain email deliverability, and establish automated, production-grade workflows that replace standard runbooks. Candidates must have at least **five years of experience in IT engineering**, corporate engineering, or platform IT within a high-growth tech environment. Applicants need to write production code in Python, TypeScript, or Go, and possess hands-on proficiency with identity management, MDM, SaaS lifecycles, and zero-trust architectures using tools like Okta, Entra, Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Google Workspace, Tailscale, or Cloudflare. Practical experience **securing AI agents and LLM tooling** is required, along with fluency in English, the company's working language. Experience building internal employee portals or managing IT through rapid 10x scaling is considered an advantage.

What we're looking for
- 5+ years in IT engineering, corporate engineering, or platform IT at a high-growth tech company.
- Fluent with identity, MDM, SaaS lifecycle, and zero-trust networking (Okta/Entra, Jamf/Intune/Kandji, Tailscale/Cloudflare, Google Workspace).
- You write real code - Python, TypeScript, or Go - and ship automations as production systems, not scripts.
- Hands-on experience securing AI agents and LLM tooling (Lovable, Claude, function-calling, MCP, internal copilots) and a clear point of view on where humans should stay in the loop.
- Bias toward eliminating work over optimising it. You measure success in tickets that never need to be opened.
- Bonus: experience building internal developer/employee portals, or running IT for a fast-scaling org through 10x growth.
What you'll do
- Optimise all aspects of Lovable's IT stack: identity, devices, SaaS, networking, and access reviews.
- Build AI agents that resolve tier-1 and tier-2 IT requests automatically - onboarding, access, lost devices, app provisioning.
- Administer and optimise our diverse AI toolstack, including Lovable itself, working closely with the product team on feedback and iterations
- Build and maintain internal self-serve IT tooling
- Replace runbooks with automated workflows and self-serve tooling our team actually loves using.
- Configure integrations , build templates and default tooling that lowers thresholds for people to work AI-natively and speed up onboarding and processes.
- Set the bar for how a modern, AI-native IT function looks - and write the playbook the rest of the industry will copy.
- Oversee DNS records, domain strategy and email deliverability
