Ravion Nordic AB is looking for an **IT Support Technician** to join its growing operations team in Stockholm. Serving as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, the role involves delivering first- and second-line support to users, managing incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues. Core responsibilities also include assisting with system installation, configuration, and maintenance, documenting solutions in the knowledge base, and collaborating with system administrators and developers. Employment is governed by the **TechSverige collective agreement**. Applicants must have prior experience in IT support, a helpdesk, or a similar technical support setting. Competence in **Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking** is required, alongside structured problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Professional proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Swedish is considered a plus.

Main responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line technical support to users

We are looking for someone who has
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar technical support role
- Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
- A structured and service-oriented approach
- Good English (Swedish is a plus)
