Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB is recruiting **Junior Analysts in Deals and Corporate Finance** to join its Valuation & Analytics team, with a start date in August 2027. Supporting clients across private equity, corporate, and public sectors, the role focuses on guiding business decisions throughout the transaction cycle, including acquisitions, divestments, restructurings, and financing. Key responsibilities involve preparing and presenting business and financial analyses of target companies and markets, working directly with valuation models, helping determine key valuation assumptions, and developing or reviewing financial models for transactions and internal finance functions. The position includes participation in the **Edge graduate program**, which provides tailored training, international networking, rotation opportunities across Corporate Finance units during the initial years, and potential international exchanges across the EMEA region for strong performers. Applicants must submit university or college transcripts alongside their application materials. The selection process begins with **psychometric tests**, followed by a multi-stage interview structure that includes both a competency-based HR interview and discussions with the business team.

Valuation & Analytics
Valuation & Analytics work with a broad range of clients in private equity, corporates and the public sector, providing clients with support in business analysis and financial decisions. Your main tasks as a junior analyst at Valuation & Analytics
- Prepare and present business analysis and financial analysis of target companies as well as their markets
- Work within our valuation models and assist in determining key valuation assumptions
- Develop, adapt and review financial models for a wide variety of purposes, such as transactions or internal finance functions.
