Incluso AB is hiring a **Junior Project Manager** for a full-time consultant assignment with a global client in Jönköping. The position begins as soon as possible on an initial 13-month contract with the possibility of extension, working **100% onsite in Jönköping**. In this role, the project manager supports a PLM Business Transformation program. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project milestones, resources, dependencies, and stakeholders across business, IT, architecture, and external suppliers. Duties also involve tracking scope, schedules, costs, and risks, as well as preparing governance reports, forecasts, gate materials, decision requests, and supporting testing and deployment handovers. Applicants must have **proven project management experience** in complex, cross-functional transformation projects, alongside strong capabilities in planning, financial control, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communication. Fluency in English is required. It is advantageous to hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience, a project management certification, and background experience in PLM, digital engineering, or enterprise transformation.

Tasks
- Plan and coordinate project activities, milestones, resources, and dependencies
- Track scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues, and deliverables
- Prepare status reports, forecasts, gate material, and decision requests
- Coordinate business, IT, architecture, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, handover, and follow-up of agreed actions
Required skills
- Proven project management experience in complex, cross-functional transformation projects, preferably within PLM or digital engineering
- Strong planning, financial control, risk management, and governance capabilities
- Ability to coordinate business, IT, architecture, and external suppliers
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
Meriterious
- Experience in PLM, digital engineering, or enterprise transformation is preferred
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience; project management certification is beneficial
This role requires fluency in English.
