Telenor Sverige Aktiebolag is seeking a **Lead Developer** for its Online Sales team, which powers the digital sales journeys on Telenor.se. Acting as an informal team leader alongside the Agile Team Lead and Product Owner, the role combines technical mentorship, code quality oversight, and hands-on software development. Key responsibilities include guiding team growth through pair programming and feedback, balancing AI adoption and technical evolution, and ensuring platform stability, resilience, and security. Cross-functional collaboration with architects, UX designers, content creators, and other development teams is also central to the work. When the role allows, employees can **work remotely up to two days a week**, spending the remaining time collaborating on site. The position requires deep conceptual understanding of frontend software development alongside strong expertise in **TypeScript, JavaScript, frontend frameworks**, and .NET/C# backend web development. Candidates should be comfortable with microfrontends, Design Systems, REST and GraphQL integrations, headless CMS architecture, test-driven development, and security best practices. Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, caching strategies, observability tools, and WCAG accessibility standards is also expected. Experience in e-commerce sales flows, experimentation platforms, and AI-assisted development tools is considered advantageous.

- Cloud platforms (AWS).
- Distributed caching strategies (Redis).
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Observability and performance analysis (ELK, Splunk, Elastic APM).
Accessibility
- WCAG, semantic HTML and inclusive design.
- Accessibility testing and compliance.
Security
- Security best practices.
- Secure coding and privacy by design.
Good-to-have
- E-commerce and digital sales flows.
- Feature management and experimentation platforms.
- AI-assisted software development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
