Sigma Industry South AB is recruiting **Mechanical Application Engineers** on behalf of a client in Blekinge. Situated within the research, development, and engineering service of the EUSA Operating Unit, the role focuses on initiating, planning, conducting, and coordinating development, design, and validation activities across projects. In addition to direct project delivery, engineers support and drive initiatives related to **technical productivity and standardization**, as well as various departmental tasks. Applicants must hold at least a **Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering** or equivalent, alongside a minimum of three years of professional experience in the field. Essential technical expertise includes design, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and structural strength, paired with proven software proficiency in CATIA V5 and MS Office. Candidates must be fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Swedish, German, or both is considered an advantage. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities, as well as commercial awareness and the ability to work under pressure, are also expected.

On behalf of our client we are now recruiting Mechanical Engineers. The Application Engineer is part of the engineering service within the RD&E organisation of the EUSA Operating Unit. The Application Engineer initiates, plans, conducts and coordinates the development-, design- and validation activities in the project.
In addition to project-related work, the Application Engineer drives and supports technical productivity-, standardization- and various department activities. Main taks and responsibilities are:
Baskunskaper
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. At least 3 years’ experience in the field.
- Knowledge in especially design, thermodynamics, heat-transfer and structural strength
- Proven computer skills, especially CATIA V5 and MS Office
- Communicate fluently in English, both in speech and in writing. Swedish and/ or German are a plus
