KUBO International AB is recruiting a **Microsoft 365 Specialist** for a full-time, permanent position directly with its client in central Stockholm. Operating on a **hybrid work model**, the role involves supporting diverse customer projects ranging from SharePoint intranets and migrations to Teams adoption and Copilot initiatives. Key duties include implementing and configuring Microsoft 365 solutions (sometimes involving on-premises systems), executing data and file migrations, organising information with security requirements in mind, and delivering user training and change management based on customer requirements. Candidates should have approximately **3–5 years of relevant experience** in Microsoft 365 technical delivery, with a solid foundation in areas such as SharePoint, migrations, configuration, data management, or user enablement, without needing expertise across all of them. Strong communication skills are required to align technical solutions with client needs, alongside professional proficiency in both Swedish and English to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Support a range of customer projects across Microsoft 365, contributing according to your expertise and developing skills in new areas.
- Implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint environments and intranets, with some projects involving on-premises systems.
- Contribute to migrations from existing systems to Microsoft 365, including data and file migration, target structures and environment setup.
- Help customers organise and manage information within Microsoft 365, taking information security requirements into account.
- Support training, user adoption and change activities for Teams, Microsoft 365 and Copilot, depending on customer needs and your specialisation.
- Work closely with colleagues and customer stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
Ideal candidate profile
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 technical delivery
- A solid foundation in SharePoint, migrations, configuration, data management or user enablement – you do not need to be an expert in all of them.
- The ability to connect your technical expertise with customer needs.
- An interest in continuous learning, working across different projects and gradually taking on more responsibility.
- A collaborative approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute complementary skills to the team.
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, as the role involves close collaboration with both global and Swedish-speaking customers and stakeholders.
Conditions
- Location: Central Stockholm.

- Salary: 38 000 - 45 000
