The role oversees the planning, coordination, and installation readiness of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment from procurement through commissioning and handover. Duties include aligning delivery schedules with construction milestones, managing registers and purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, tracking risks, and supporting L1–L5 commissioning activities. Based in Stockholm, the position requires **occasional travel to project sites** as needed. Intermediate managers oversee a defined package or site, while senior appointments manage multiple sites, set strategic standards, and mentor colleagues. Candidates need an understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, commissioning processes, logistics, and vendor management, alongside proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or Excel. The position requires **experience with OFCI/CFCI procurement models**, requiring at least three years of experience in data center, critical infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale construction delivery, or seven or more years for the senior tier. Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory. Swedish fluency, experience with hyperscale or colocation projects, knowledge of ISO standards and site safety, and a PMP or equivalent certification are advantageous.

We're looking for an OFCI Manager to join our PMO team in Stockholm and play a central role in delivering large-scale data center projects across Sweden.
In this role, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and installation readiness of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment, ensuring critical infrastructure is delivered and installed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Working closely with clients, suppliers, logistics partners, and construction teams, you'll help drive successful project delivery from procurement through commissioning and handover.
This position is based in Stockholm, with occasional travel to project sites as required.
What You'll Do
As OFCI Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that owner-supplied equipment arrives where it needs to be, when it needs to be there, and is ready for installation without impacting project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and maintaining the OFCI schedule, aligning equipment deliveries with construction, commissioning, and handover milestones
- Coordinating between client procurement teams, equipment vendors, logistics partners, and installation contractors
- Managing the OFCI register, including purchase orders, lead times, delivery schedules, storage plans, and installation status
- Planning equipment receiving, inspections, and damage/shortage reporting processes
- Defining installation scopes and managing interfaces between owners, suppliers, and contractors
- Ensuring installation resources are available when equipment arrives on site
- Tracking delays, changes, risks, and claims, and escalating issues proactively
- Supporting commissioning activities (L1-L5), warranty management, as-built documentation, and project handover
- Providing regular progress updates and reporting to project leadership and clients
Intermediate Level
At the intermediate level, you will:
- Own the OFCI scope for a defined package or project site
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage day-to-day delivery activities
- Drive planning and execution with support on major escalations and contractual interfaces
- Build expertise in data center delivery and critical infrastructure projects
Senior Level
At the senior level, you will:
- Lead OFCI delivery across multiple project packages or sites
- Establish and improve OFCI processes, standards, and reporting structures
- Manage senior client stakeholders, key vendors, and complex project interfaces
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to the growth of the wider PMO organization
- Act as a trusted advisor on OFCI strategy, risk management, and execution planning
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data center, critical infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale construction project delivery (intermediate level)
- 7+ years of relevant experience for senior-level candidates
- Experience working with OFCI/CFCI procurement models and contractor interfaces
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and commissioning processes
- Experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, and vendor management
- Proficiency with project scheduling and tracking tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Swedish
- Experience delivering hyperscale or colocation data center projects
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and site safety practices
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
