CRS Laboratories AB is hiring an **Operations Manager** to lead its Swedish operations and oversee projects and client relationships across Sweden and Norway. Based at the site in Kåge, this full-time, permanent position initially focuses on managing the PhotonAssay installation project over approximately six months, with other duties phased in flexibly alongside it. The broader scope includes supervising the day-to-day operations of the Björkdal laboratory, leading a team of around six employees, managing regional projects, and maintaining and growing customer relationships. While flexible remote work is possible at the start, **regular on-site presence** in Kåge will be required within a few months. Candidates must have a proven track record in project management alongside supervisory experience. The position requires **relevant industry experience or education**, such as in chemistry or geology, as well as strong communication and networking abilities. **Fluency in both Swedish and English** is mandatory. Written aptitude assessments are included as part of the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing the PhotonAssay installation project
- Managing the day-to-day operations of CRS’s Björkdal laboratory
- Personnel management (approximately 6 employees)
- Managing projects based in Sweden and Norway
- Managing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
Initially, the role will focus on delivering the PhotonAssay project, which is expected to take approximately six months. The other responsibilities can be arranged flexibly alongside this initial priority.
We expect you to have:
- A proven track record in project management
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Relevant industry experience or education (e.g. chemistry, geology)
- Strong communication and networking skills
This is a permanent, full-time position. The position is based at CRS’s site in Kåge. Flexible remote working arrangements are possible initially, but regular on-site presence will be required within a few months.
