Publicis Media Sweden AB is hiring a **Paid Social Manager** based at its offices in Vasastan, Stockholm. Working alongside project managers, the role focuses on executing, purchasing, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest, primarily for major global accounts. Key duties include dynamic advertising and social commerce, creating tactical campaign strategies and recommendations, building and maintaining dynamic feeds, managing self-service purchasing tools, evaluating performance against predefined goals, and handling campaign-related administration. The agency offers a **flexible work policy**, including an initiative allowing staff to work up to six weeks a year from any international Publicis office location. Candidates must hold an academic or relevant post-secondary education in marketing and demonstrate **proven paid social media experience** from an agency or client setting. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, a customer-focused and collaborative mindset, the ability to troubleshoot campaigns, and curiosity regarding social media trends. Proficiency in the Smartly platform is considered an advantage.

We are currently looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside project managers to execute impactful campaigns across various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
Your responsibilities will include ongoing social media purchasing, from strategizing and providing recommendations to setting up campaigns, optimizing them, analyzing their performance, and reporting on them. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Dynamic advertising and social commerce
- Developing and implementing strategies across social media platforms
- Designing dynamic campaign strategies for our clients
- Creating tactical and dynamic campaign recommendations for paid social media
- Planning, purchasing, optimizing, and continually reporting on social media campaigns, primarily for larger global accounts
- Managing campaigns using self-service tools for purchasing, optimization, and campaign management
- Building and maintaining dynamic feeds
- Analyzing and evaluating campaign results based on predefined goals
- Performing various administration tasks related to campaigns and customer work
Skills and qualifications required for this position include:
- Academic or relevant post-secondary education in marketing
- Proven experience in paid social media, whether on the agency or client side
- A customer-focused approach, ensuring that ad campaigns align with the target audience's needs and interests
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction, reporting, and team collaboration
- A natural curiosity to stay updated on social media trends and industry changes
- The ability to identify issues with ad campaigns and recommend solutions promptly
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively with a team, clients, and other marketing professionals
- Proficiency in the Smartly platform is a plus
