APC Master AB is seeking a **Piping Supervisor** to oversee underground and above-ground piping installations across multiple contractors on site. Reporting daily progress directly to the Construction Manager, the role entails ensuring all installation work aligns with drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Key responsibilities include tracking test packs and recording tests such as hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, and flushing, alongside identifying and resolving site interface and quality issues early in collaboration with contractors and engineering teams. The position requires a **hands-on site presence** to actively support HSE standards, conduct walkdowns, manage punch lists, and facilitate the mechanical completion and handover of piping systems toward commissioning. Candidates must have proven supervisory experience on **large industrial construction projects** within process, energy, heavy industry, or similar sectors. The role demands prior experience supervising both underground and above-ground piping, as well as managing contractors from the owner or EPCM perspective. Applicants need a solid understanding of test pack documentation, pressure testing, and mechanical completion, paired with the ability to interpret isometrics, P&IDs, and piping specifications. Fluent English is required, while proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language is considered an advantage.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervising underground and above ground piping installation across multiple contractors
- Making sure work is installed to drawings, specifications and the agreed schedule
- Reporting progress to the Construction Manager every day
- Tracking test packs and recording the tests performed, such as hydrotests, pneumatic tests and flushing
- Spotting and resolving site issues, interfaces and quality concerns early, with the contractors and the engineering team
- Supporting HSE standards and a strong safety culture on site
- Helping with walkdowns, punch lists and handover of piping systems towards commissioning
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a Piping Supervisor on large industrial construction projects (process, energy, heavy industry or similar)
- Experience with both underground and above ground piping
- Experience managing contractors from the owner or EPCM side
- A solid understanding of test pack documentation, pressure testing and mechanical completion
- The ability to read isometrics, P&IDs and piping specifications
- Clear, organised reporting habits and a hands-on presence on site
- Fluent English. Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus.
