The position focuses on maintaining and optimizing logistics systems and processes across Northern Europe, encompassing the Nordic and Baltic regions. Key duties include providing first-line support for system bugs and process gaps, analyzing data, and conducting direct observations to identify root causes. The role involves mapping processes, performing gap analyses, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading projects for system changes, new implementations, and automation or AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency and lower costs. Candidates must hold a **degree in industrial engineering or similar** and possess foundational knowledge of logistics, including warehouse and transport processes. Proficiency with **SAP-S4 Hana** is essential, specifically spanning transport and warehouse management modules (such as TMS/TM invoicing, WM/EWM, LMC, ITM, and GTT), data tables, and EDI/API connections. Applicants need experience leading continuous improvement projects, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Visio, and Power BI. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in a Nordic language is considered a plus.

In your role as Process Excellence Support, you will be responsible for addressing the bugs, gaps and enhancements of logistics systems and processes for BSH Northern Europe. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations and fostering continuous improvements.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your success will be defined by:
- Driving sustainable system and process solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Timely and successful completion of projects within scope and targets
You will achieve these by:
- Provide first line support for system bugs and process gaps
- Analyze data and carry out direct observations to identify root causes and opportunities
- Map processes, create flow charts and gap analyses to define improvement scope
- Lead and execute "system and process changes", "new implementations", and "optimization initiatives"
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and initiate AI and automation opportunities
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in industrial engineering or similar
- Foundation knowledge in logistics including warehouse and transport processes
- Analytical ability, agile and proactive mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills
- SAP-S4 Hana: transport management system - TMS/TM invoicing, last mile control - LMC, warehouse management - WM/EWM, forklift management – ITM, track and trace system – GTT, data tables, interfaces, EDI/API connection, carrier connector
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects and applying AI/advanced analytics
- Proficient in office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Power BI)
- Fluent in English, Nordic language is a plus
